Collection: Bullet Journals
ADHD symptom
I find it a continuous challenge to get organised, keep track of tasks, remember things and build good habits. I can get overwhelmed easily and let life fall into chaos.
Why this happens
The ADHD brain’s executive function, the self-management system of the brain, is impaired and can encompass cognitive difficulties like planning, prioritising, organizing, initiating tasks and regulating emotions.
The strategy
The bullet journal system is a calendar, a to-do list, a habit tracker, a notebook and a diary all in one that can help to plan out your life and increase productivity.
The reason this works for me is because the system is flexible enough to be whatever you want it to be so you can customise it to your needs, ideal for ADHD brains that can find it difficult to follow rigid systems. The bullet journal or ‘bujo’ was developed by Ryder Carroll to manage his own ADHD.
All our notebooks are gridded with faint dots which are the best types for bullet journaling.
