Trouble remembering things like whether I’ve taken my meds happens all too frequently.
Why this happens
The ADHD brain jumps quickly from one thought to another and it can be challenging to focus on capturing information which can lead to memory challenges.
The strategy
Using a meds dispenser with individual compartments for each day works for me because I can easily check if I’ve taken my meds for the day. It acts like a visual checklist.
