Are you tired of losing your keys and then spending hours searching for them? This is a frequent occurrence in my life!
Why this happens
The ADHD brain can find it hard to focus and pay attention to tasks and have difficulty filtering out distractions. You may not be fully present while processing your actions so it becomes easy to forget those actions ever took place.
The strategy
Don’t rely on memory, instead create a home or ‘launchpad’ for your keys and other items that you take when leaving the house. This works for me after practising leaving my keys at my launchpad regularly, it becomes a natural habit. These key hooks are ideal launchpads for keys and the Bluetooth trackers are a great backup strategy.
