Are you tired of losing your keys and then spending hours searching for them? The ADHD brain can find it hard to focus and pay attention to tasks, you may not be fully present while putting your keys down somewhere so it becomes easy to forget putting down your keys ever took place.
Don’t rely on memory, instead create a home or ‘launchpad’ for your keys and other items that you take when leaving the house. For a backup strategy, I attach these Bluetooth trackers to my keys so they are easier to find.
Locate your keys: Click the alarm on the APP, the key finder will make a sound. Locate your phone: Double-click the button on the key finder and the phone will make a sound.
