Time management is a big challenge for me, from managing my time on tasks to maintaining a regular sleep schedule.
The experience of not having a sense of time or ‘time blindness’ is very common with ADHD. There are differences in the ADHD brain that affect how we perceive the passage of time.
Putting clocks everywhere and using a timer works for me as visual reminders of the passing of time. I have a clock prominently placed in each room as a strategy to keep track of time.
This small digital alarm clock showing the lit numbers against a dark background is great for the bedside. You can set up to three different alarm times.
The alarm has a snooze function.
