Engaging in an activity that uses a sense other than what’s required for your primary task, like fidgeting with your hands while in a meeting or reading is harnessing fidgeting to help focus and improve your performance. I often carry a fidget toy with me to help me focus.
A simple pocket-sized fidget toy composed of eight connected cubes which can be rotated in different angles. Fold the cubes infinitely over and over again.
